Faculty of Nursing – Benha University Obtains Institutional Accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education

Prof. Dr. Hend Abdullah El-Sayed – Vice Dean of the Faculty for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research,
Prof. Dr. Basma Rabie Abdel-Sadek – Director of the Faculty Quality Assurance Unit,
and Prof. Dr. Salwa Ibrahim Mahmoud – Institutional Accreditation Coordinator at the Faculty.
In a new achievement added to the distinguished record of achievements of the Faculty of Nursing – Benha University, the Faculty of Nursing has obtained institutional accreditation from the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education, after fulfilling the institutional accreditation standards and successfully meeting the evaluation and accreditation requirements according to the standards approved by the Authority.
This accreditation comes as the culmination of the continuous efforts exerted by the Faculty administration, faculty members, the supporting academic staff, the administrative staff, and all members of the Faculty, within the framework of the Faculty’s commitment to achieving the highest standards of quality and excellence in the educational process, scientific research, community service, and environmental development.
The Board of Directors of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education issued its decision to accredit the Faculty of Nursing – Benha University, Decision No. 262 dated May 20, 2026, thereby affirming the Faculty’s continued commitment to applying quality and accreditation standards and improving the level of academic and administrative performance.
The Faculty’s achievement of institutional accreditation reflects its integrated quality assurance system and its commitment to continuous development and improvement, which contributes to preparing qualified nursing professionals capable of keeping pace with labor market needs and the requirements for developing the healthcare system.
On this occasion, the Faculty of Nursing – Benha University extends its sincere thanks and appreciation to Prof. Dr. Nasser El-Gizawy – President of Benha University, Prof. Dr. Gehan Abdel Hady – Vice President of the University for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Prof. Dr. Mohamed Ghanem – Director of the University Center for Quality Assurance and Accreditation, for their continuous support of the University’s journey toward quality and excellence.
